Technical Training
We provide the end users of each project with one week of factory basic train- ing and 3 days of intensive training at the installation site (specified by the cus- tomer), and can provide different levels of advanced training according to the special needs of users. The training service mainly includes the daily mainte- nance and operation of the robot, the basics of robot programming, the train- ing of the system operation process, and accompanying teaching materials.
Spare Parts Supply
Reserve appropriate spare parts for common consumables according to their serial numbers, and respond to possible maintenance and replacement in a timely manner.
